Elegant powerhouse

The raw power and stunning design of the 10.1 Megapixel µ[mju:] 1010 is just the ticket for high-end compact photographers. Subjects are brought closer by its 7x optical zoom (equiv. to 37-260mm). Dual Image Stabilisation eliminates blur caused by camera shake. This model also packs a suite of advanced imaging tools including Face Detection Technology to automatically enhance human subjects.

When it comes to fine-grain detail, the Super Macro function boasts a minimum shooting distance of just 2cm. And in combination with an Olympus xD-Picture Card, the µ[mju:]1010 also includes a new in-camera Panorama mode. With an optional PT-042 underwater case, you can even shoot under water to a depth of 40m!

The µ[mju:]1010 is supplied with the extremely light and ultra-slim LI-50B rechargeable battery which increases lifespan by 25% - so there’s no need to stop and recharge. Its smart metallic body is available in a range of three stylish colours: Starry Silver, Midnight Black and Royal Blue.
